Terms of service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Safecall at safecall.in: owners who register a Safecall QR, people who scan one, and our agents. Safecall is run by Safe Call QR, Malappuram, Kerala, India. By using Safecall you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Safecall sells QR stickers and tags (car stickers, door tags, keychains, luggage tags and wallet cards). When someone scans a registered QR, they can send the owner a WhatsApp alert through Safecall. Neither side sees the other's phone number.
2. Registration
- A Safecall agent registers your QR with your name, phone numbers, email and the vehicle number or item name. You confirm it with a one-time code sent to you.
- You must give correct details, and you must have the right to register the vehicle or item.
- The QR works once it is registered and paid for. Keep your WhatsApp number up to date, or you will not receive alerts.
3. Prices and payment
| Product | Price |
|---|---|
| Car sticker | ₹300 |
| Home door sticker | ₹300 |
| Keychain | ₹300 |
| Luggage tag | ₹300 |
| Wallet card | ₹500 |
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes. The agent shows the price before you pay. You can pay the agent in cash, or online by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. The price is a one-time payment for the QR and its service; there is no monthly fee.
4. Delivery
The agent gives you the QR sticker or tag in person when they register it, so there is no shipping. The QR starts working as soon as the registration is confirmed and paid.
5. Fair use
- Use Safecall only to contact an owner for a real reason, such as wrong parking, lights left on, a lost item or an emergency.
- Do not send abusive, threatening, false or advertising messages. We limit how often one person can contact an owner, and we may block numbers that misuse Safecall.
- Do not copy, damage or tamper with Safecall QR codes.
6. Limits of the service
Safecall depends on WhatsApp, mobile networks and the owner's phone. We cannot promise that every message is delivered or answered. Safecall is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 112. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the QR concerned.
7. Refunds
See our refund and cancellation policy.
8. Ending the service
You can ask us to deactivate your QR at any time. We may deactivate a QR that was registered with false details or is used to misuse Safecall.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Malappuram, Kerala have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at safecallqr@gmail.com; most problems can be solved quickly.
