A Safecall QR sticker on your vehicle lets anyone alert you on WhatsApp in seconds, when you're blocking the way, left your lights on, or something is wrong. Nobody ever sees your phone number, and you never see theirs.
When does it help?
A car blocks your gate or exit. Alert the owner instead of honking and waiting.
Save someone a dead battery with a quick, polite message.
Warn the owner before their vehicle gets towed or fined.
Let them know their vehicle has been left open.
Report a scratch or a bump so the owner can check right away.
In an accident, reach the owner fast.
Safecall products
For cars and bikes. Get alerts for wrong parking, lights left on, towing or accidents.
Delivery people and visitors can reach you even when you're away from the door.
Lost your keys? Whoever finds them can message you to return them.
A bag left behind at the airport, bus or train finds its way back to you.
A card-sized QR for your wallet, so an honest finder can return it.
Buy one or all of them. Every item is linked to the same registration, and you get the alerts on the same WhatsApp number.
How it works
Point any phone camera at the Safecall QR sticker on the vehicle. A secure page opens in the browser.
Enter your mobile number and the one-time code we send you. This keeps out spam and pranks.
Pick a reason or type a short note. The owner receives it on WhatsApp from Safecall.
The owner can reply on WhatsApp, and Safecall passes the reply back to you. Neither of you ever sees the other's number.
Why Safecall
Every message is relayed by our server. Phone numbers are never displayed to anyone.
People who scan confirm their own number with a one-time code first, so alerts are genuine.
Owners get alerts on the app they already use, and can reply right from WhatsApp.
Built-in limits on how often someone can send alerts stop misuse and harassment.
Anyone with a phone camera can scan. Nothing to download, no sign-up.
Add a family member or friend who can be reached if something serious happens.
For vehicle owners
Registration takes about two minutes with an authorised Safecall agent.
Only verified owners' stickers become active. A sticker that isn't linked to a vehicle can't be used to contact anyone.
For agents & partners
Safecall agents register vehicle owners in the field using the Safecall staff app or this website.
